- Production Process
- Step 1: Pressing melamine paper on both sides of the MDF or plywood
- Step 2: Polishing the surface of the melamine sheet and dust extraction
- Step 3: Scraping the edge of the melamine sheet
- Step 4: Lacquering the undercoat twice and cure the paint with ultraviolet light
- Step 5: Lacquering the colored paint four times and cure the paint with ultraviolet light
- Step 6: Lacquering the high gloss finishing coat twice and cure the paint with ultraviolet light
- Step 7: Quality check
- Step 8: Past protective film
- Those above processes are processed by our 180mm fully automatically Germany and Spain machine.
