Q1: How to find pictures, examples, and inspiration for a Kitchen, Bedroom, and household cabinets？

Q2: How to choose materials and appliances？

A: Carcase material: Particle board, MDF, plywood

    Door panel: high gloss UV, acrylic, super matt, and PET laminate

Q3: It is my first time importing from China, what should I do?

A: There are many ways to import from China. You can start with a search on a website, or you can visit factories in person or go to the Canton Fair. Here is a guide: The Importing Guide: Custom Kitchen Cabinets From China explains how to.

Q4: Is it possible to buy your products for our own house?

A: We don't have any minimum order requirements. We do the job diligently and carefully from the smallest of projects to large-scale ones.

Q5: I want to buy a kitchen cabinet, what is the process?

A: Please follow the steps below:

1. Ensure that you have a floor plan 

2. Decide in detail the materials that you want (for this we can provide you with specifications for each material)

3. Confirm the design style preference with us

4. We will provide you with an estimated quotation 

5. The 2D drawing process will begin 

6. The design will be discussed and finalized

7. Confirmation of final measurements at the site

8. Revise the final design based on the final measurements (the actual wall-to-wall size per room)

9. Once the drawings are signed and the deposit is sent and confirmed to be received, the production will proceed

10. Arranging the shipment for your order (if this service is required)

Q6: What options/features do you have for the product?

A: We offer a range of kitchen cabinets and wardrobes with a modern, simple design. Download our catalog for more details.

Q7: Should I pay for your design?

A: We don't take design fees, but in order to get started, we require a 10% deposit. The money will be used as a deposit.

Q8: What file formats do you accept

A: It will be best to provide a PDF, or CAD floor plan so that we can take care of the technical details quickly.

Q9: Can you send your price list?

A: Since we do a customization project, for an idea of pricing, please send us a floor plan. We will have a custom price for you. Contact us to get more details.

Q10: What is the price for a sample?

A: We offer free color samples for you you to choose from. However, you only pay for the cost of shipping and handling, which will be deducted from the balance of the order.

Q11: What kinds of payment terms do you do?

A: We accept T/T, a 10% deposit for design, and a 30% deposit before production. And the rest is paid before loading. Contact us for more details.

Q12: How long will it take before I receive my order?

 A: Generally, kitchen cabinet and wardrobe delivery take 30 to 35 days after the deposit has been received. For urgent projects, deliveries can be made in a shorter period of time.

Q13: How do I install my cabinets?

A: We will provide installation instructions. Our technical support can also assist you during the installation, should you encounter any problems. We can also provide images and videos to help guide you through the installation process. To find out more about our installation guide, please click the installation page.

Q14: Could you please tell me if you send the cabinets assembled and how much the shipping cost is?

A: We have two different shipping modes for cabinets. Flat-pack or assembled. The shipping fee depends on the destination and the cargo amount, and you may need to pay some taxes. Let us know the destination port and we will check for you.

Q15: Where are you located?

A: Our company is located in Nanhai District, Foshan City, Guangdong province, PRC China. Our company is  40 minutes by car from Baiyun International airport.
