  What is the production procedure for PET MDF board 4x8?

  Our company's PET MDF board production is divided into two major steps:
  

  
  

  The first step is to process the MDF into a melamine board using the "pressboard workshop", and deliver the qualified density board into our pressboard workshop. After exposing the board to a temperature of 200 degrees Celsius in the pressboard workshop, the white melamine paper is pressed on both sides.

  Once that's finished, the board goes into the semi-finished product warehouse, where it waits 3-4 days until the laminate workshop is completed. There will not be any environmental effects on the surface.

  
  

  Next, the melamine board is transported by a tunnel, satisfying a requirement of 160 meters. The glue that's used to join the PET film roll to itself is imported from Germany. It's required to be warmed prior to use. Once this step is done, the board will be placed into the automatic drying and rolling fixture (100 meters long) in order for the glue to completely dry.

  
  

  After the glue has been hardened, it will be transported to the cutting station to get rid of any excess PET material around the board. Afterward, the board will be fine-sanded to be ready for covering, where it will undergo a self-inspection to ensure a good outcome.
