Why does grease in kitchen cabinets happen?

The kitchen is the oiliest place in the house. Fumes from cooking will hover in the kitchen for a long time. If you don't clean it for a long time, the oil stains will get worse and worse.

Grease is a colorless and odorless substance. It is made up of fatty acids, that gather and solidify in the lower parts of a frying pan or deep-fat fryer. Grease can build upon an object like your kitchen cabinets.  Because there isn’t enough ventilation around it. If this happens once or twice during the year, it doesn’t necessarily mean you have too much grease in your sink. There are other things that could be causing that buildup. Such as grease traps or even moldy appliances inside your house.
